Unison is how federal business gets done. Role Overview: We are seeking a UX Designer to design and improve the user experience of our suite of products. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design, has experience designing for enterprise software applications, and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity, working prototypes to communicate design concepts and reputed company.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on enterprise software applications
• A strong portfolio that showcases your UI design process, problem-solving skills, and the ability to design reputed company user interfaces.
• Proficiency with reputed company
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch or reputed company Creative Suite
• Familiarity with reputed company-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• A passion for staying up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.

In-Person Interview: Our hiring process requires one in-person meeting, typically the final interview. Travel and accommodations will be provided.
