In this hands-on role, you will assist with the ongoing development of our reputed company environment, helping to build and deploy new business processes, handling day-to-day operations and taking an active part in platform improvements that enhance the user experience across teams. #LI-RD1 This is a full-time position in our Raleigh, NC area office. The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday in the office with the option to work from home one day per week. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of fellow reputed company and system administrators
• Identify and gather business requirements, translating them into scalable, best-practice reputed company solutions, prioritizing user experience and long term health
• Execute reputed company configuration changes from designing Flows and approval processes to managing fields, page layouts and mobile settings. Coordinate the deployment of advanced solutions, including custom apps and Apex code, ensuring system stability
• Control reputed company aspects of user and license management, including reputed company (roles, profiles permissions, OWD), user lifecycle (setup/deactivation), and group access
• Actively manage data quality, storage constraints, and cleanup efforts, implementing rules and automation to maintain a clean and reliable CRM instance
• Support and maintain integrated applications, including our proprietary sales platform, ensuring seamless data flow and a reputed company sales processSupport the management and potential migration of additional CRM instances including other reputed company Orgs, reputed company, and reputed company:CRM

reputed company'RE LOOKING FOR

• BA/BS degree required
• 2+ years of reputed company.com administration experience
• reputed company Certified Administrator preferred
• Experience with reputed company, reputed company Integrations, and are a strong plus
• Experience working in a SaaS organization and/or working in K-12 education, edtech, or education sales is preferred
• Project management experience including requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, deployment, training, and delivery
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
