The Remote Night Shift Monitor Technician I position plays a pivotal role in this effort, providing essential real‑time surveillance of cardiac rhythms for patients in the Inpatient Monitoring Care Unit (IMCU) while working from the safety and flexibility of a home‑based environment. Position Overview – What It Means to Be a Remote Monitor Technician I In this full‑time, night‑only role, you will operate under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) and function as the eyes and ears of the critical‑care team. Artifact Identification & Correction: Detect and troubleshoot signal artifacts caused by patient movement, electrode displacement, or equipment malfunction, ensuring accurate readings.
