The Role
As our Customer Happiness Specialist, you'll be responsible for responding to incoming support tickets and messages, helping customers and subscribers with technical issues, product-reputed company questions, and directing them to the right resources. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that our customers feel heard and supported, and that our company resources are easily accessible.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to and manage support tickets and messages in a timely and efficient manner
