The Role
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls with efficiency, courtesy, and a customer-centric approach. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing large amounts of inbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Following conversation prompts and scripts to ensure consistency and effectiveness in handling different topics
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying their information, researching their issues, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to solve their problems
- Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services reputed company they arise

Requirements
