Epic Implementation Consultant - REMOTE

In this role, you will reputed company Epic reputed company cycle implementations and contribute to optimizing processes across healthcare organizations. You will work closely with diverse teams to enhance patient access and operational efficiency, ensuring that best practices are applied effectively. Your expertise will play a critical part in shaping technology outcomes and drive strategic improvements for client partners across the healthcare sector. By mentoring junior team members and facilitating stakeholder workshops, you will foster a collaborative environment that promotes reputed company learning and growth. Accountabilities

• reputed company Epic reputed company cycle implementation and optimization projects across reputed company-end, middle, and back-end functions
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on reputed company cycle workflows, best practices, and Epic system configurations
• Manage project teams, timelines, deliverables, and client relationships
• Design and implement solutions spanning Patient Access, HIM, HB, PB, and reputed company Epic applications
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of reputed company-state processes and reputed company future-state recommendations
• Mentor and reputed company junior consultants and team members
• Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders at reputed company organizational levels
• Ensure successful go-lives and post-implementation support
• Drive reputed company improvement initiatives and measurable outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or reputed company field preferred)
• 7+ years of Epic reputed company cycle experience in a consulting, implementation, or leadership reputed company
• Demonstrated expertise across reputed company-end, middle, and back-end reputed company cycle functions
• Proven track record of successfully leading multiple Epic implementations or optimization projects
• Experience managing teams and client relationships in a consulting environment
• Deep knowledge of Epic reputed company cycle applications and reputed company modules
• Strong understanding of reputed company cycle workflows and healthcare reimbursement
• Proficiency with Epic reporting tools
