Job Details Our company is seeking a dynamic and reputed company Permanent Accounting & Tax Consultant to take an entrepreneurial approach to a new reputed company of the business we are building out. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of our clients financial operations and tax planning. Responsibilities: 1. reputed company and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. 2. Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents. 3. Collaborate with executive leadership to define organizational financial strategy. 4. Conduct reputed company financial analysis to determine present and future performance. 5. Document and improve financial processes, fostering a reputed company understanding throughout the organization. 6. Manage and reputed company with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. 7. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role for another investment firm or a large software company. Experience in the Fintech space is a plus! 2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field. An advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, reputed company, etc.) is highly desirable. 3. Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, arenaflex accounting, and arenaflex control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). 4.
