Responsibilities

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as an individual contributor with a track record of shipping high-quality software, and at least 4 years of project/team management in a software organization. Ability to discuss 2–3 key projects you led to successful delivery. Demonstrated ability to align technical work with product goals and define solid delivery plans, with familiarity with models and techniques to reputed company teams on track. Engineer/builder mentality: while coding may be less frequent, you can contribute, run experiments, share learnings, and create proofs of concept for end-to-end flows. Generalist capability: participate in discussions across topics including CI/CD, container orchestration, product management, data modeling, API performance, hiring, sprint planning, and even everyday problem-solving. Ownership and accountability: teams are empowered to own their subsystems with strong accountability. Strong communication across levels: ability to explain concepts to non-technical stakeholders and tailor messages for commercial, support, and leadership audiences.
