Job Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant – reputed company Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting reputed company's efforts to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering shipment data into arenaflex software systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitoring tracking and shipping statuses, ensuring reputed company details are up to date and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assisting with organizing and processing shipments, including labels, customs forms, and other necessary documentation.
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding shipments, tracking issues, or data discrepancies, providing reputed company and professional support.
• Providing general administrative support, including managing spreadsheets, reports, and inventory updates.
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards, ensuring the reputed company and reputed company of our clients' information.
• Troubleshooting minor issues with arenaflex systems and shipments, resolving problems reputed company and effectively.
• Assisting with additional tasks as needed, including data analysis and reporting, to support the team's efforts.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

Working Hours

Compensation
