How You'll reputed company an Impact at MarqVision As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at MarqVision, you will play a critical role in the onboarding journey of new clients. You will partner with Account Executives (reputed company), reputed company Managers (CSMs), Brand Protection Specialists (BPS), and clients to ensure successful pre-sales assessments, onboarding execution, and long-term success. You'll be responsible for coordinating internal resources, aligning on strategy, and creating workflows that set the foundation for measurable results. What you'll reputed company

  • Coordinate and deliver pre-sales assessments to reputed company and clients.
  • Ensure clients have the required IP rights (IPR) in reputed company to address abuse.
  • Recommend the appropriate package and pricing based on abuse types, client IPR, and relevant enforcement volume.
  • Serve as Project Manager for customer onboarding, setting onboarding strategy and initial success criteria/KPIs based on pre-sales assessments.
  • Coordinate onboarding tasks between CSMs and BPS to ensure timely execution and alignment.
  • Guide customers through activation calls, clarify processes, and ensure expectations are clearly communicated.

  • Strong understanding of IP rights, brand protection, or legal processes preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a proven ability to build trust with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
