Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to presale inquiries, guiding customers through the ordering process, and resolving post-order issues. You'll work with a range of software tools to address client inquiries and help consumers with both domestic and international concerns.
Responsibilities
* Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials
- Guide customers through the ordering process online
- Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
- Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries
- Work with reputed company shipping contractors to help consumers with both domestic and international concerns
- Collaborate with the team to reputed company specific department goals and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury goods or e-commerce environment

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, with a reputed company pay range of $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market.
