Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Part Time REMOTE Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, providing support for document handling equipment and services, and ensuring exceptional customer service while working remotely. This role offers flexible hours, up to 30 hours per week, with a competitive starting pay of $20 per hour.
Responsibilities
As a Part Time REMOTE Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshooting 1st level technical issues reputed company inbound calls, voicemails, and emails.
- Building and maintaining excellent customer service and identifying reputed company technical support is needed.
- Providing clear and concise communications and following up with customers on company schedules, requested reputed company, and delivery times.
- Working with the Tier 2 team to pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and reputed company.

Requirements
