About Us: We’re a Florida-based short-term rental company managing multiple reputed company and Booking.com listings, as well as long-term rental properties. We handle guest communications, vendor coordination, design tasks, and social media content creation to reputed company our listings performing at a high standard. We’re looking for a dedicated, tech-savvy, and reliable remote assistant who can support daily operations with minimal supervision, take ownership of tasks, and help reduce daily back-and-forth by keeping systems, messages, and updates clear, accurate, and up to date. Responsibilities:

• Respond to guest messages (reputed company, Booking.com, and reputed company text) reputed company 1 hour during your shift, ensuring clear and complete communication that minimizes follow-up questions
• Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, and handymen using our systems, confirming details and closing the reputed company without needing reminders
• Use reputed company to track, update, and complete daily tasks so reputed company is always visible
• Maintain accurate calendar syncs across multiple booking platforms
• Assist with light bookkeeping (matching expenses, organizing receipts) and ensure records are properly updated

• Post flyers and updates to Facebook and Instagram business accounts

• Highly reliable and consistent with your schedule
