What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Acquisition Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts to inform business decisions and drive reputed company growth
  • Mastering product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements and identify new business opportunities
  • Initiating steps to help customers overcome concerns or roadblocks that may be prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
  • Managing external competitive pressures and handling objections to retain customers or win new customers
  • Managing a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day, with a focus on outbound communication
  • Working with your team and management to provide a professional experience during reputed company interactions with customers and prospects
  • Maintaining the customer management system (CRM) to ensure reputed company relevant data is captured
  • Undertaking sales motions that may include reputed company qualification, reputed company conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing reputed company
  • Working with a team and reporting directly to a Sales Manager

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales reputed company
  • Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quota/goals
  • Experience in high-volume calling
  • Experience learning new technology and data
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Experience working with reputed company.com or similar CRM
  • Experience or willingness to work from home
