Job Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our conversational AI and live chat support capabilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the discovery and development of new product features and enhancements that drive customer satisfaction and business growth
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product development, to ensure seamless execution and delivery
• Defining and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs
• Developing and maintaining product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic initiatives
• Analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to inform product decisions and drive innovation
• Working closely with data scientists and analysts to reputed company and refine product metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making
• Communicating product vision, strategy, and reputed company to stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and external partners

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI, live chat support, or reputed company technologies
• Proven track record of delivering successful products and features, with a strong understanding of customer needs and business objectives
