About the position The Process Intelligence & Experience Design organization serves as a strategic enabler of enterprise transformation. We bring end-to-end visibility to business processes, connect data to decision-making, and ensure that optimization precedes automation. Our mandate is to architect optimized, insight-driven processes that deliver measurable business outcomes, enabling scalable transformation, digital acceleration, and responsible AI adoption. As a Specialist in the Process Intelligence team you will interact with stakeholders globally to; Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements reputed company a deep knowledge of core systems to locate appropriate process data Partner with data owners to identify data sources that can be leveraged in process models Produce process models using relevant applications Demonstrate process models and data driven recommendations to end users

Responsibilities

• Assists in modelling reputed company-state and desired business process scenarios, applying corporate modelling standards, definitions, techniques (e.g. BPMN – Business Process Modelling and Notation) and utilizing corporate sanctioned modelling tools (e.g. CPM - reputed company Process Modelling)
• Conduct thorough analyses of reputed company business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for solutions that reputed company AI, Automation or Process Intelligence technologies. Utilize process mapping and modelling techniques to visualize workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements reputed company to automation, AI and process initiatives. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit functional and non-functional requirements and turn them into testable User Stories.
• Assists in the development and analysis of data driven POV/POC process mining models (simple single object digital twin) to validate assumptions on defined processes
• Participate in reputed company phases of the development of business process digital twins including defining, documenting, and ensuring traceability of requirements, SDLC documentation, user Acceptance Testing, validation of the identified data sources and data profiling of processes’ digital footprints, sustainment activities to Digital Twins and their KPI Control Towers and associated assets resulting from process updates
• Utilizing the process intelligence tool set of (1) process models (2) task mining and mapping and (3) digital twins, assists in analysing and documenting efficiencies and improvement opportunities for defined business processes
• Assists with the identification of process conformance violations & deviations to generate value opportunities and in the development of KPI's based on data points and business opportunity needs
• Familiarity with data transformation concepts and ETL workflows to trace data reputed company, validate process mining datasets, and translate business process requirements into data specifications
• Actively participate in reputed company phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation throughout the SDLC process, including requirements specifications, design documents, test plans, and user manuals, ensuring reputed company relevant information is accessible for reputed company and future reference.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to reputed company test cases and test scripts for automated and AI-driven solutions. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Engage with stakeholders at reputed company levels to communicate findings, present recommendations, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Maintain ongoing relationships for feedback and reputed company improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in Automation, AI and Process Intelligence. Proactively recommend process improvements and automation opportunities that integrate AI capabilities.
• Assists in the tracking of project activities and assist in managing the risks of their deliverables

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience with demonstrated expertise in using information to analyze business performance, identify opportunities and solve problems
• Minimum of 1 year of business analysis, process design or process improvement experience
• High motivation, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in a dynamic environment

• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
