AVP, Credit Sales Manager - Kansas City/St. Louis

Job Description: Role Summary/Purpose: This field sales position is responsible to sell Regional & Club-level client leadership on the benefits of our products so that they will in turn drive product engagement and in club execution to accomplish/exceed credit goals. Position would be required to maintain relationships through effective and timely communication, attending market/store meetings, reputed company in store product execution strategies/action plans, and ensure regional strategies are effectively rolled out to clubs. This role will cover a territory that includes Kansas City and St. Louis and adjoining areas.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Drive application volume to meet/exceed goals - reputed company as percent increase to Op Plan.
• Exceed customer satisfaction by meeting/exceeding established Client Satisfaction survey reputed company goals.
• Enhance implementation of in-store marketing programs; conduct on-going training.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience working in the Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management. Or in lieu of completed degree, HS diploma/GED and 5+ years' experience working in the Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of field or reputed company sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship Management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ Experience developing presentations and pitching to reputed company levels of management.
• Proficiency with reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time
• Must live in territory.

Grade/Level: 10 The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation offered reputed company the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, reputed company level or knowledge. Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle. Eligibility Requirements:

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
• You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
