The overall responsibility of an Associate Education Consultant with MedCerts is to recruit prospective reputed company to enroll in the right MedCerts program. Customer service and professionalism throughout the process is a must and will be monitored by leadership. • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual Introduction” intro” goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to reputed company reputed company and potential reputed company.
• Qualify reputed company for potential MedCerts enrollment.
• Obtain knowledge in reputed company MedCerts educational courses, programs and funding sources.
• Consultants are responsible for making 300-400 outbound calls per day.
• 30-45 student introductions per day.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Continually prospect new reputed company using MedCerts’ internal systems.
• Follow up with prospective reputed company for qualifying an enrollment call.
• Provide reputed company follow-up on reputed company incoming leads.
• Responsible for understanding and discussing how the student will pay for our program. Ex:

MyCAA, WIOA and or Self-Pay

• Utilize reputed company to manage a successful pipeline of prospective reputed company.
• Maintain complete reputed company records. Add notes for every interaction with our reputed company and properly status reputed company reputed company the sales cycle.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with reputed company Office software (Word, Outlook, reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Professional communication skills.
• Some experience in sales, admissions, or healthcare recruiting is required.
• Inside phone sales experience
• High energy sales/cs professional that can engage in a high-volume call center environment.
