Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data, including recruitment, retention, employee engagement, turnover, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.

Dashboard & Reporting Tools: reputed company and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reports for senior leadership, using data visualization tools and HR analytics software.
- *
Strategic Insights: Collaborate with HR business partners and other departments to deliver strategic insights that reputed company strategies, policies, and workforce planning.

Trend Identification: Identify trends in employee behavior, performance, and organizational effectiveness to recommend improvements in HR programs and processes.
