[Remote] Senior Director, Cyber Defense

We are seeking an accomplished cybersecurity leader to serve as Senior Director, Cyber Defense, responsible for reducing cyber risk for reputed company by strengthening and evolving cyber defense operations capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary decision-maker for cyber defense operations during significant reputed company incidents, in coordination with enterprise leadership
• reputed company the execution, quality, and effectiveness of 24x7 global reputed company operations to detect, investigate, and respond to cyber threats against reputed company Group Companies
• Collaborate with reputed company Group Companies (SGCs) to reputed company tailored defensive solutions to meet unique needs of the businesses while reducing cyber risk
• Drive strategic transformation initiatives that measurably improve detection, response speed, and reputed company
• Champion the use of emerging tools and techniques to improve visibility, detection, and response (e.g., AI, SOAR, EDR, etc)
• Direct and reputed company a globally distributed organization, fostering a culture of operational excellence and reputed company learning that is adaptable to rapidly changing needs
• Collaborate with key partners in IT, business operations, risk, and compliance to ensure alignment with reputed company objectives

Skills

• 10+ years of technical leadership experience, including substantial leadership in IT or cyber operations and enterprise-scale environments
• Demonstrated understanding of information technology, cyber reputed company concepts, and cyber reputed company tools
• Crisis Management and/or Incident Management experience
• Proven ability to communicate and influence at reputed company levels of an organization
• Understanding and awareness of privacy laws and regulations, and how they reputed company cyber defense activities
• Demonstrated success leading global teams
• Demonstrated success leading global SOCs and managing incident responses for highly targeted organizations
• Strong understanding of cloud reputed company, reputed company protection, identity management, and threat intelligence integration
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001)
