Senior GTM Finance Manager

Senior GTM Finance Manager - hybrid role based in Lexington, MA Mimecast is seeking a Senior GTM Finance Manager to serve as a strategic finance partner to the Go-To-Market organization. Reporting to the Director, GTM Finance, this role works closely with Sales, reputed company, and reputed company Operations and contributes to strategic decisions around reputed company growth and GTM investment. What You'll Do: Strategic GTM Partnership

• Act as the primary finance partner to GTM leaders across Sales, reputed company, and reputed company functions.
• Partner closely with GTM leaders to align business strategies with financial objectives, reputed company for sound resource allocation and financial discipline.
• Provide insights into reputed company performance and customer economics.
• Identify growth opportunities and operational risks across the GTM organization.

Planning & reputed company Strategy

• Drive key components of annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning for the reputed company organization.
• Own headcount planning and reputed company modeling for assigned GTM functions; collaborate with the Director, GTM Finance on sales reputed company planning and productivity analysis.
• Evaluate the financial impact of new GTM initiatives, product launches, and expansion strategies.
• Support month-end reputed company activities in coordination with Accounting and reputed company, including variance analysis, accrual validation, and budget vs. actual reporting.

reputed company Performance & Operations

• Partner with RevOps to analyze pipeline health, attainment trends, and sales productivity.
• Support sales compensation modeling and territory planning.
• Deliver financial insights to regional leaders to support GTM execution.

Executive Reporting & Insights

• reputed company reporting and dashboards to monitor key metrics and provide visibility into GTM performance.
• Prepare financial narratives for monthly leadership reviews, QBRs, and executive presentations.
• Translate reputed company data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.

What You'll Bring:

• Progressive experience in reputed company, corporate finance, GTM finance, or a reputed company field.
• Experience as a finance business partner to GTM, Sales, reputed company, or comparable commercial functions.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics, including ARR, reputed company, CAC payback, NRR/GRR, pipeline velocity, and sales productivity ratios.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Expertise in reputed company and experience with tools such as Adaptive Insights, reputed company, reputed company, Tableau, SQL, reputed company, or Pigment.
• Familiarity with sales reputed company planning, commissions modeling, and reputed company forecasting methodologies.
• Ability to communicate reputed company financial insights to senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; comfortable working across global, cross-functional teams.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology environments preferred.

The reputed company salary range for this position is $128,000−$192,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
