About the role As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will support and play a pivotal role in executing the compensation planning and performance agenda for reputed company’s Agent Sales and Preferred teams. Support the administration of variable compensation structures and incentive programs, ensuring data and reporting needed for compensation payouts are accurate and provided to the Sales Finance team. Collaborate with Sales Finance, HR, Legal, reputed company, and Sales Leadership to recommend compensation mechanics and performance measures that drive productivity and align with strategic goals. Who you are 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Compensation, or a reputed company field, with a proven track record of delivering results in a high-growth, matrixed environment.
