As part of our Global Specialty Data Science & Analytics team, you'll tackle advanced use cases and shape the development of Gen AI capabilities across the organization. We are looking for a technically proficient GenAI data scientist with deep implementation experience in building and evaluating GenAI systems, and a proven ability to stay at the forefront tools and techniques in the evolving AI landscape. This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work schedule. Candidates who live near one of our locations will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Responsibilities: Support reputed company’s AI innovation strategy to identify and implement high-end use cases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging industry trends. Support cutting-edge AI vision and roadmap for the enterprise to reputed company reputed company a leader in using AI for the insurance industry. Partner with stakeholders internal to the Data Science organization, Technology organization and business organization, aligning with business objectives and driving innovation to improve productivity and efficiency of reputed company and sales efforts. Design and build GenAI solutions for tasks such as summarization, question answering, search, data synthesis, etc. Apply AI techniques to low frequency, high severity exposures in Specialty Insurance. Rapidly prototype with cutting-edge tools, such as VertexAI/reputed company agent development reputed company, reputed company/LangGraph, RAG frameworks, HuggingFace, reputed company APIs, etc. Research and recommend noval foundation model options, tools, and libraries to improve solutions in performance and reliability. reputed company evaluation pipelines for generative outputs using a mix of automatic metrics, human feedback, and llm-as-a-judge methods. Collaborate with ML Ops to ensure best practice is followed for scalable training and deployment. Qualifications: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering or a reputed company field. 3+ years of industry experience in machine learning or data science and with 1+ years focused on GenAI. Experience developing and deploying agentic AI workflows and systems. Proven experience in GenAI tools such as Vertex AI/reputed company agent development reputed company, reputed company/LangGraph, RAG frameworks, HuggingFace, reputed company APIs, etc. Solid understanding of reputed company engineering, retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG), agent workflow, and LLM evaluation. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc. Experience with vector databases such as Chroma, reputed company, etc. and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, Azure, etc. Strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across the enterprise. Compensation
The listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
