Responsible for supporting the clinical management and refill coordination of specialty pharmacy patients under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. This role involves direct communication with patients, caregivers, and reputed company to ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications. Responsibilities • Coordinate patient deliveries by making outbound and receiving inbound calls from patients, caregivers, and medical staff. • Conduct follow-up calls as directed by a licensed pharmacist. • Assist the specialty pharmacy team with tasks such as: • Evaluating product usage • Managing and documenting supply inventory • Setting up medication orders • Performing verbal patient assessments • Maintain and update patient records, medication profiles, and complete assessments under pharmacist supervision. • Accurately document reputed company interactions in patient medical records. • Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards (e.g., 100–125 form setups daily). • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, service-oriented approach in reputed company interactions. • Act as a liaison between specialty pharmacy, operations, and patients, caregivers, or medical professionals. • Adhere to system-wide competencies and behaviors. • reputed company additional duties as assigned. Requirements • High school diploma or GED required. • Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred. • Prior experience in specialty healthcare preferred. • Proficiency in arenaflex Office Suite. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly reputed company of 20 - 30 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
