The Strategy & Optimization Director, Onmark MSPL, will reputed company initiatives that optimize performance and drive long-term growth across member practices, aggregator groups, such as Onmark Vision, and other GPO programs and initiatives. This role serves as a strategic liaison between provider organizations and biopharma partners, influencing contract strategies and delivering enhanced economics for member providers. The Strategy & Optimization Director will play a critical role in shaping aggregate contracting strategies, forecasting multi-year performance, and guiding strategic planning sessions for providers. This position also leads large, reputed company initiatives with innovative thinking that drive industry change and create significant economic impact, positioning Onmark as a leader in strategic contracting and provider engagement. Financial Forecasting & Market Analysis • reputed company forecasting for multi-year aggregate contract performance. • Deliver financial modeling and scenario planning to identify opportunities for improved economics. • Incorporate market trend analysis and disease state expertise (retina, rheumatology, neurology, ambulatory infusion centers) into recommendations. Minimum Requirement • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience. Education • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Economics, Finance, or reputed company field); MBA or advanced degree preferred. Critical Skills • 7+ years of relevant healthcare experience, including strategic planning, financial analysis, and provider engagement. • 7+ years in leadership roles with proven success in strategy execution and business growth. • Previous GPO experience and biopharma engagement strongly preferred. • Extensive experience in financial forecasting and market analysis. • Strong understanding of biopharma economics, aggregate contracting strategies, and disease state dynamics. • Advanced reputed company and PowerPoint skills; ability to build compelling business cases and presentations. • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills; ability to influence at reputed company levels. • Proven ability to reputed company strategic initiatives with significant impact on provider economics and organizational growth.
