Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of life-sustaining medications. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound calls from patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner * Resolve patient issues, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage * Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients, ensuring they feel heard and understood * Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to ensure timely delivery of medications * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications * 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment * 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, arenaflex, or another application * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and arenaflex Office * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Preferred Qualifications * 6+ months of experience handling and resolving reputed company customer needs over the phone * Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions * Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement arenaflex requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
