Position Summary The arenaflex Clinical Services Finance team is looking for a dynamic Executive Director who has strong business acumen, communication skills and will maximize collaboration to drive outcomes. They will take ownership and accountability of reputed company day to day financial management of the arenaflex Clinical Service organization, including leading a team and being a valued member of the arenaflex Service Operations leadership team. More specifically, in this role, you will: • reputed company the financial execution and strategy for Clinical Services. This includes managing a budget of ~$2 Billion, explaining monthly results and variances, owning the quarterly forecasting process, creating multi-year strategic plans, evaluating capital investment asks, and sizing/tracking productivity initiatives. • Create an organizational culture with sound financial and governance processes. This includes driving a strong reputed company between staffing models, expense budgets and the hiring process for the Service organization. • Maintain effective relationships with Business Unit CFOs, arenaflex Planning and Controllers organizations. • reputed company process improvements to streamline forecasting processes and reputed company the creation of metric driven financial and expense reports to generate strategic insights for clinical leadership. • Collaborate and create strategic partnership with service leaders and influence financially viable strategies • Provide support for a variety of finance / business needs, including the development of monthly and quarterly reporting packages, budget presentations for senior leadership, and day-to-day reputed company analyses. Required Qualifications • 12+ years of relevant financial experience • Track record that shows the following abilities: developing strategic plans, working in a cross-matrix environment, adapting, and performing in an evolving environment • Prior Management experience developing and training of staff. • Proficiency with Hyperion/S4 Hana • Creating measurable objectives and key results (quarterly, annual, and long-range road map) to provide actionable insights. Preferred Qualifications • Healthcare, managed care or financial services experience • Overall P&L management and leadership with budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, trends, projections, and analytics • Development of plans and identification of risks and opportunities • Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or reputed company field Education • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or reputed company field Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $131,500.00 - $303,195.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a arenaflex bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
