Position Summary The arenaflex Clinical Services Finance team is looking for a dynamic Executive Director who has strong business acumen, communication skills and will maximize collaboration to drive outcomes. They will take ownership and accountability of reputed company day to day financial management of the arenaflex Clinical Service organization, including leading a team and being a valued member of the arenaflex Service Operations leadership team. Required Qualifications • 12+ years of relevant financial experience • Track record that shows the following abilities: developing strategic plans, working in a cross-matrix environment, adapting, and performing in an evolving environment • Prior Management experience developing and training of staff. • Proficiency with Hyperion/S4 Hana • Creating measurable objectives and key results (quarterly, annual, and long-range road map) to provide actionable insights. Preferred Qualifications • Healthcare, managed care or financial services experience • Overall P&L management and leadership with budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, trends, projections, and analytics • Development of plans and identification of risks and opportunities • Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or reputed company field Education • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or reputed company field Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $131,500.00 - $303,195.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
