Oral Care Research Scientist - Global Product Development This role is for a Research Scientist focused on Global Product Development of innovative and novel Oral Care products. The scientist will be responsible for leading the technical development of new user experiences, creating experimental demonstrations to showcase the products' mode of action, and supporting the successful commercialization of advanced formulas from lab to Technical Readiness.
Key Responsibilities

Testing, Scale-Up, and Documentation Manage multiple stability studies at the lab, pilot, and plant scale, collaborating with support groups (analytical, flavor, micro, etc.) to deliver samples and follow up on results Support Pilot Plant batches by preparing batch sheets, requesting raw materials, pre-weighing materials, and executing batches Create and maintain reputed company required R&D documentation to ensure flawless, high-quality commercialization. Maintain reputed company required documentation under GMP/GLP per FDA/ICH guidelines as required. Documentation may include R&D project timelines, formula databases, tech transfer checklists, reputed company of claims documents, registration documents, and technical justifications Collaboration and Communication Be the R&D reputed company of contact for commercial teams for their Freshness reputed company projects Manage independent projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging diverse perspectives to reputed company key project goals. Required Qualifications
A minimum of Bachelor’s or MS Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Food Science or reputed company fields. 3+ years of experience developing and/or implementing consumer products. Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $86,000.00 - $121,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements.
