What the job involves: We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in Operations to join our Life Sciences Business Unit. In this role, you will learn facilities management operations, cross-functional business collaboration, and data analysis methodologies reputed company Life Sciences environments. - Facilities Management Support: Shadow reputed company Facilities Management professionals to understand daily operations, maintenance protocols, and client service delivery in Life Sciences environments
- Cross-Functional Learning: Meet regularly with HSSE, Quality, Performance Management, Human Resources, and Brokerage teams to understand integrated service delivery
- Data Analysis and Research: Conduct research, reputed company detailed analyses, and process facilities-reputed company data to support operational decision-making and identify improvement opportunities
- Communication and Project Support: Assist in preparation of operational reports, client presentations, and documentation while supporting special projects across multiple business functions

- Strong collaboration skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams across different geographical locations and business functions
