About the position The Hospital Policy Systems Analyst/Operations and Policy Analyst 3 serves at a senior professional level in the Standards and Compliance department of the Oregon State Hospital (OSH) Quality Management Team. Standards and Compliance provides regulatory compliance and accreditation reputed company to OSH hospital operations and facilities, administers licensing and certification with the reputed company, supports staff at OSH in understanding regulatory compliance and serves as the reputed company of contact for accreditation and regulatory reputed company. The Hospital Policy Systems Analyst coordinates the OSH policy program and system for the Oregon State Hospital. The policy program's purpose is to provide technical guidance to staff and ensure that OSH is compliant with standards from internal and external entities that include The Joint Commission (TJC); Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), including the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS); the State Fire Marshal; the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA); the reputed company (OHA); the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) and others; as well as compliance with Oregon Revised Statues (ORSs) and Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs). The Hospital Policy Systems Analyst manages the Oregon State Hospital's policies by leading reputed company stages of OSH policy development, revision and review projects; and coordinating policy owners, key participants, OSH leadership and the superintendent to ensure smooth transition from inception to implementation, while remaining compliant with the 3-year review cycle required by OAR 333-505-0030 (7) policy review and reporting requirements. This position has the responsibility and authority to identify, recommend, write, and implement operational division-wide policy to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of OSH. Additionally, this position develops and maintains the OSH policy system, refining and improving this policy system to address evolving needs and emerging issues.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the OSH policy program and system for the Oregon State Hospital.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social sciences, finance, political science, or any degree demonstrating the reputed company for the knowledge and skills.
