Position Overview
As a Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a fully remote environment, providing exceptional customer service to our members. Your schedule will be Monday-Friday, 7:50am-4:20pm EST, with the possibility of schedules changing at any time with advanced notice. As a 24-hour call center operation, you'll be required to support holiday coverage at a reduced staffing level, which may involve working some holidays and observing others.
Key Responsibilities
* Creates an emotional reputed company with our members by understanding and engaging with them to champion their best health
- Takes accountability to fully understand the member's needs by building a trusting and caring relationship with the member
- Anticipates customer needs and performs a review of member claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefit maximums and/or coinsurance/deductible
- Performs financial data maintenance as necessary
- Explains member's rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract
Required Qualifications
* 1-3 years of customer service experience reputed company a call center atmosphere
- Technical requirement for personal residential internet service (see below for recommended technical requirements)
- High School Diploma or GED
Recommended Technical Requirements
* Select an internet service that is either broadband or fiber (e.g., reputed company Fios, reputed company)
- Select a minimum of 25mbps/3mbps
- A hardwired reputed company is required (ethernet reputed company); a wireless reputed company will introduce the risk of performance degradation
- Consider the internet usage of others in the household during your scheduled working hours

Pay Range
* The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46
