As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional car buying experience. You'll work closely with different departments and teams to resolve customer questions and issues, educate customers on key account details, and provide accurate information and support regarding their accounts. Your ability to quickly build rapport with people and understand their needs will be essential in delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer calls, providing accurate information and support regarding their accounts.

• Resolve customer concerns reputed company and escalate to a manager reputed company necessary to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Educate customers on key account details, including finance charge accrual, late fees, credit reporting, available payment methods, and account management tools.
• Accurately document reputed company customer interactions in internal systems to maintain up-to-date and thorough account records.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues, ensuring reputed company actions reputed company with company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* High school diploma or a minimum of 6 months of reputed company experience or training.

Scheduling and Work Environment:

* Hybrid role: 4 days in-person and 1 day remote per week.

• Flexible schedule required, including three daytime shifts and two evening shifts per week.
• Initial training is conducted in person for the first three weeks.
• For training purposes, the first six weeks follow a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
