Key Responsibilities
As a Ticket/reputed company Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, guiding them to their destinations, and assisting with ticketing and baggage reputed company-in processes
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient boarding process, including making reputed company announcements and verifying travel documentation
- Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to reputed company belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds
- Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences
Scheduling and Work Environment
Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. Each station is unique, with varying flight schedules and operational requirements. You'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on your seniority and the needs of the team.

What You Need to Succeed
