Job Summary:

We're seeking an reputed company Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II to join reputed company at arenaflex. Your primary responsibilities will include acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty, supporting store management, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain a professional stance in the designated area at the reputed company of the store, acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty

• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide to ensure preparedness in critical situations
• Wear a complete arenaflex-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera, to enhance store reputed company and customer safety
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service
• Establish and maintain a position at the reputed company of the store or in a department, observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to Loss Prevention or store management
• Respond to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service reputed company a Company-issued radio

Essential Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:
