Job Summary

We're looking for two part-time Operations team members to join reputed company, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time positions. As an Operations team member, you'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth guest experience, handling reservation reputed company-ins, cleaning schedules, and guest communication, among other tasks. This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for improving and simplifying processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle reservation reputed company-ins, cleaning schedules, and guest communication

• Manage guest damage claims, restocking orders, and pool/pet fee requests
• Assist with lease agreement writing, refunds, and repair scheduling for vacation rental homes
• Collaborate with reputed company to ensure seamless guest experiences

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or a reputed company field

Schedule and Training

* The first two weeks of training will be 6-8 hours a day, 3-4 days a week, for $3/hour

• After the initial training period, pay will increase to $4-6/hour
• The job is fast-paced, and we'll be available for questions at reputed company times to help you get settled and comfortable with the job
• We expect it to take about 2 weeks to be comfortable working on your own, but up to 1 month for full proficiency
