About the position The Senior Organization Development Manager, US is a strategic role responsible for driving initiatives that enhance the organization effectiveness and performance and sustainable growth. This position focus on assessing the organization’s structure, processes and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborates closely with business leaders and HR teams to design and implement global programs and initiatives that enhance organizational performance and implementing strategies for growth and development.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, psychology, or a reputed company field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in organizational development, leadership management, culture development, with a proven track record of global or multi-region involvement.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development theory, practices, and industry trends, working experience as a consultant is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and in-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including English language proficiency; additional reputed company in Mandarin or Dutch languages preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptable to the fast-paced culture and environment of the biotech industry.
