The Role

As an Entry Level Phlebotomist/Medical Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations of our Plasma Donation Center. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our donors, ensuring their safety and satisfaction, and contributing to the collection of high-quality plasma that will become life-changing medicines. This is an on-the-job training opportunity, and we will provide you with the necessary skills and support to reputed company in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer phones, greet, and engage with donors, ensuring their safety and satisfaction

• Screen new and repeat donors, take and record vital signs, and finger stick results
• Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation
• Identify operational opportunities for reputed company improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company-approved procedures
• Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure our donors receive exceptional service

What You Bring to arenaflex:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 5 pounds and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 pounds and rarely 50 pounds
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
• Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1)
• 1 or more years of experience working in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful

Compensation and Benefits:

* Starting hourly wage: $16.00 (reflecting the actual starting reputed company for this position)

• Eligibility for short-term incentives

• Eligibility to receive up to 80 hours of sick time and accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation per calendar year
