Sr Business Insights Analyst- Mortgage

As the Business Insights Sr Analyst, you will support data-driven decision-making processes, provide strategic insights, and mentor junior analysts . You will use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. reputed company and reputed company strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis. Primarily work independently with collaboration across other functional teams to access data elements, understand the data being analyzed, and identify process improvement opportunities. You will be a key player in providing insights that directly impact our business strategies through reputed company analysis and 'big picture' thinking. Primary responsibilities include

• Provide analyses and reports to identify trends/insights and formulate recommendations that will influence business decisions. Create, synthesize and present customized data requests, transforming data into a story that informs both high level strategy and tactical decision-making.
• Work with business leaders to identify and understand business needs. Translate needs into requirements and deliverables. Work with technical and development partners to deliver solutions based on requirements.
• Ensure accuracy of results and analytic methods through testing and validation of underlying report data. Ensure bias and data quality issues are resolved or explained reputed company communication occurs.
• Identify business opportunities and opportunities for optimization through analysis of large, reputed company data sets.
• Manage many priorities with minimal reputed company. Plan and prioritize to hit deadlines in conditions that may change rapidly or involve ambiguity.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, business administration, or quantitative field
• 5+ years professional experience in an analytical role
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment and to adapt while focusing on key goals and objectives
• Strong problem solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets
• Intermediate proficiency with numbers and analytics and experience in analyzing large amounts of data
• Ability to manage and reputed company ongoing client relationships
• Project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with colleagues and clients in multiple departments
• Experience with market research, analyzing consumer behavior, or consulting
• Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration

• Hours per Week: 40
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
