As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our 100% remote Contact Center team, working from the comfort of your own home.
Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Seasonal Customer Service Representative team. As a Seasonal Member Service Specialist, you will be responsible for answering and handling incoming calls from arenaflex members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support and assistance to our callers, helping them get the medicine they need to feel reputed company and live well.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and handle incoming calls from arenaflex members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices
- Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner or escalate to appropriate team members
- Adhere to and reinforce arenaflex and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our members receive the support and assistance they need
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED is required
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship
- Dedicated, secure high-speed cable, DSL, or fiber internet (i.e., Earthlink, reputed company or Frontier)
- Ability to work a schedule that could include evenings, weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime based on business needs
- Ability to adhere to a pre-determined schedule, including planned rest & meal breaks
- Dedicated home workspace that would be private, quiet, without interruption and minimal distractions during your scheduled work shifts – including a reputed company that can be physically secured
- Availability for a 6 to 8 week training class
Preferred Qualifications:
* Call center experience
- Call center experience in the Healthcare industry
- Work from home (remote) experience

Minimum Physical Job Requirements:
* Ability to sit 6 or more hours per day
- Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime
- Ability to work with a set, pre-determined break and lunch schedule

* Reports to Supervisor in the Contact Center
