Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for reviewing and researching incoming healthcare claim calls from providers, navigating multiple computer systems, and verifying data/information necessary for processing. You will also communicate and collaborate with providers to resolve issues, using clear and simple language to ensure understanding.

Responsibilities

* Review and research incoming healthcare claim calls from providers (doctors, clinics, etc.) by navigating multiple computer systems and platforms and verifying the data/information necessary for processing (e.g. pricing, prior authorizations, applicable benefits)

• Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
• Communicate and collaborate with providers to resolve issues, using clear, simple language to ensure understanding
• Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of: efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance
• Work collaboratively with the team to reputed company common goals and objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High School Diploma / GED

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Working knowledge with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Can work part-time (20-25 hours/week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 5-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in a reputed company environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly range for this role is $16.88 to $33.22 per hour based on full-time employment.
