Position Description
We're seeking highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Associates to join reputed company of experts in providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
- Providing appointment scheduling, insurance reputed company qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting services
- Working with a variety of clients across different industries, including healthcare, finance, and technology
- Developing and maintaining product knowledge to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries
- Collaborating with reputed company of experts to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support
Key Responsibilities:
* Qualify callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients
- Provide appointment scheduling, insurance reputed company qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting services

Essential Qualifications:

- Own a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements (see below)
- Webcam and high-speed internet access with download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
- Must have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
