The Role

As an IT Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll be part of our AWS IT Services Support team, providing highly-available IT support for our employees worldwide. You'll be responsible for managing local and/or remote resources, assisting the global organization in defining the perfect customer experience, and owning the strategies to create that experience. You'll also help the group reputed company and reputed company their knowledge reputed company to expedite the resolution of recurrent issues, identify ways to proactively reduce requests through automation, documentation, and process improvement, and set high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- 5 years of experience developing a team of technical professionals across multiple locations - 2 years of experience leading technology teams as an IT Operations Manager - Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of professional or military experience - Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration

- Experience with AWS IT Services Support - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Experience with IT service management frameworks and tools
