Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering after-hours phone calls from customers and scheduling appointments with on-call technicians
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company email and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining an organized system, including documenting and recording services, and tracking account changes

Work Schedule
This part-time dispatcher position typically works from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekends. There is flexibility with multiple shifts available, and you'll have the opportunity to work remotely after completing the first month of training in the office.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or reputed company environment
- Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls
