Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems. You'll work closely with our reputed company team to coordinate equipment services, engage in active listening with customers, and provide product and service information. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, responding to requests from multiple sources (phone, fax, e-Commerce, in-person)

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at reputed company times
• Receive and process requests for equipment services, coordinating with reputed company for reputed company delivery
• Engage in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed
• Provide customers with product and service information, including Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payor sources

• Follow policy and work instructions to ensure the Billing Department has the correct paperwork to complete insurance
• Meet or exceed department metrics while providing excellent customer service

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a professional, proactive, and positive individual with excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. You'll also require:

• Attention to detail
• Good data entry skills
• Proficiency with computers, with strong typing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands

As a remote customer service representative, you'll spend most of your time sitting, talking, and hearing. You'll need to be able to:

• Sit for extended periods, with frequent typing
• Occasionally stand and walk
• Lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. (50 lbs. for retail)
