Customer Lifecycle Marketer (AI-Augmented) (India - Remote)

About The Role We are looking for a reputed company-thinking and technical Customer Lifecycle Marketer to act as the pilot for our AI-driven communication strategy. In this dual-focus role, you will reputed company our existing AI Outbound Agent to drive customer acquisition, while simultaneously designing new AI agents to automate and personalize our lifecycle retention campaigns. Key Responsibilities

AI-Driven Outbound & Acquisition:

• Manage the Outbound AI Agent: Act as the primary supervisor for our AI agent that handles outbound marketing. You will monitor its outputs, refine its prompts, and continuously improve its logic to ensure high-quality interactions.

About You
