Job Description

• Analyze and assess reputed company organizational structures, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with HR and department leaders to align organizational design with talent management and workforce planning needs.
• Conducts regular audits of the organizational structure and recommends changes to reputed company the organization more efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a reputed company discipline. Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of prior Consulting experience required
• 7+ years' experience leading significant consulting engagements with successful outcomes in reputed company organizations
• Proven record of accomplishment and ability to generate new clients and consulting delivery, while developing and maturing new client relationships and opportunities.
• Solid understanding of business processes reputed company to Organizational Design, Business and HR Transformation, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics and establishing reputed company Operating Models an end-to-end business process perspective.
• Excellent understanding of business functional areas and inherent controls with "end-to-end" global business processes & sub-processes including (data and process) integration points, policies, and procedures.
• Ability and experience of working in a transforming environment.
• Excellent presentation and writing skills (functional/technical specifications) are required.
