POSITION OVERVIEW: Provide daily support for hiring reputed company levels of professional positions. Regular full & part-time employees (who complete 91 days of employment and work a minimum average of 12 hours per week) are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage, tuition reimbursement. Full/part-time employees who are age 21 are eligible for 401(k) after one month of employment. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Marketing or a reputed company field plus four(4) years of corporate staffing/recruiting/selection experience
• Demonstrated search skills and expertise in screening active candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions
• Proficient sourcing skills with the ability to use numerous creative techniques and channels to identify quality candidates including social media (reputed company, Facebook, X, etc.)
• Strong internet, active, and passive candidate search skills
• Strong (and reputed company) knowledge of reputed company laws and regulations pertaining to employment selection and equal opportunity
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with reputed company levels reputed company the organization and external resources
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and/or applicants
