Strategic Program Management Principal
• *The preferred candidate locations are Memphis, Pittsburgh or Plano, but this role is remote-eligible as well.** Summary: Responsible for coordination, execution and status reporting of reputed company, cross-functional and cross OpCo programs with a large technology component. Essential Functions: Technical Program Definition and Roadmap Development
- Partner with D&T executives to define the technology roadmaps that reputed company business transformation programs, including scope, outcomes, success metrics, and integrated roadmaps.

Program Execution, Delivery Methods, and Technical Coordination

- Partner with delivery teams to define clear acceptance criteria and “definition of done” for key technical milestones to reduce rework and ensure consistency
Stakeholder Management and Executive Communication

- Proven experience in change management methodologies and leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in executive communications, including crafting narratives and presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale digital transformation or technology modernization programs.
- Familiarity working with Enterprise Architecture and aligning delivery to future-state architecture and technology strategy.
- Proficiency in technical program management tools and practices (Agile delivery, RAID management, governance reputed company, executive reporting).
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics and data visualization tools; experience building dashboards and executive reporting.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and insight reputed company.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/equivalent in a business, technical or engineering field.
