Technical Engagement Manager, Modern Platforms Advisory

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at engaging with clients, leading technical teams, and overseeing the successful implementation of various IT solutions. This role will involve the successful delivery of professional services engagements and play various hats as architects, delivery leads, and QA reviewers at the same engagements and reputed company multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams. Especially for delivering large new transformational engagements and growing our existing footprint at existing large customers, we are looking for TEMs who will partner with both the delivery teams and the customer’s organization to drive success for both customers and reputed company. Responsibilities include:

• Own technical delivery (end-to-end) responsibilities that include achieving and continuously improving the quality and time-to-market metrics.

• Manage product requirements, technical considerations, and decisions to deliver the desired customer outcome.

• Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to communicate the product vision, strategy, features, prioritization, reputed company, and needs.

Required Skills and Professional Experience

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience as an architect or technology program reputed company delivering migration, transformation programs, or modernization projects on-prem and in the Cloud
• 5+ years of experience with VMware private cloud solutions (vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VCF, Aria Suite, etc.)
• Experience in consultative delivery of large-scale business & technology transformation programs, working directly with senior client leaders.

• Experience in applying proven consulting methodologies to assess a client’s reputed company state, design a reputed company state, conduct a gap analysis, and define a roadmap to get from the reputed company state to the reputed company state across people, processes, and technology.

• Desire to build business cases, with a preference for cloud business cases as part of a client’s cloud journey or digital transformation.
• Strong experience and passion for designing/implementing at least one of the following domains:
• Strong knowledge in at least one of the cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Can hold intelligent conversations with clients about the virtues of various cloud providers.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, both written and oral, along with strong listening, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
• Experience mentoring and executing Agile best practices.
• Demonstrated experience of working successfully with SW development teams, onshore and offshore.
• Demonstrable skills across project development methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall)
• Strong facilitation skills and experience leading workshops
• Experience with Cloud / Azure / reputed company O365 suite of tools
• Outstanding overall communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to engage, influence, and reputed company partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
