EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Computer Science, Organizational Development or a reputed company field required. Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of Program Management experience, with at least 2 years managing enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Program management, project management, change management, or other relevant certifications strongly preferred (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean).
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale digital transformation programs in a fast-paced environment while achieving committed business benefits.
• Exceptional change management capabilities with a proven track record of driving enterprise-wide adoption.
• Excellent leadership, influence, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive strategic change, overcome resistance, and deliver sustainable results.
• Expertise in process improvement a plus.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Experience with program/project management tools and software required (e.g., Clarity, Agile, Jira, etc.).
